119: twenty-eight definitions place their data directories; resolved on the default root every path is the one named before, proven by mesh-controller #170's test over both checkouts, so nothing moves (mesh-catalog #193). 174 (new): the 232 paths that remain are where the mesh writes what it makes for a module, which design 27 says the mesh places itself and does not yet. Design 27 notes phase 3 in part.
