The deafness of 13:17Z to 13:36Z today, with its cause (a membership published with the daemon's own context, refused and never acknowledged, waited on inside the receive loop), its fix (mesh-controller 190) and how the live controller was brought back. Issue 183 gains a pointer. The three checks pass.
