Group 6's decision: a take is previewed and the preview is a comparison of every held thing against what the module declares (image and its age, name, networks and their members, ports and their reach, mounts; a file's kept original against the declared content; a minted unaccepted secret for found data; the settings composed). An older image, a differing file and a minted secret refuse unless named; a narrowed port and a shared network are said. A found network may be kept by a setting while neighbours migrate. The host compares every field it writes, removes former targets it wrote, never what it found, and reports strays. A setting is judged where stored and an impossible one costs a module, not a machine. Genesis raises as the module declares; build says when a policy will act. Designs 05 and 09 amended; the nine open issues of the group are located to it, 093 resolved by ADR 0104's adapter. Checks pass.
