Group 6's remaining rules are built in mesh-host (branch feat/a-take-is-a-comparison-the-rest) and mesh-controller (same branch). This records it.

ADR 0163 gets a dated progressive insight: what was built where, and that the record's live row — a take read on an adopted machine — has not been run because every machine is converged.
Designs 05 and 09 gain revision paragraphs for rules 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7, each saying how it is checked.
Issues 096, 097, 126 resolved with fixed-by. 086, 098, 099, 100, 101 carry a built note and stay located until the live row is read. 090 is built in part: name, image and data directory align; the network is the difference the take says.

All three checks pass (records.py, cycle.py, index.py).
