The recurring twin of the run-once primitive (ADR 0052): a schedule: "<cron>" modifier on the container shape. It reuses 0052's security bound whole (no new host action or shape; a scheduled container is strictly less than an action) and deliberately reverses its gating rule — a scheduled step runs after convergence, on its own clock; installing it doesn't run it and the node is current without a run; a failed run is logged against the module but never fails the apply or marks the node not-current; runs don't stack. Unblocks kometa's library sync and pollers (jira's ticket-poller). Accepted per direction to design + build the primitive now. Implementation to follow in mesh-control + mesh-host + a converted module + a lab bed.
