Report and resolution. Phones on the home Wi-Fi had no DNS: DHCP hands out the home-server, whose DNS was a predecessor's daemon the mesh did not own, so its filter dropped LAN DNS. Fixed with mesh-catalog 214 + 215 and mesh-controller 210; records the settings-into-every-mergeable-file fault found on the way.
