Two records for the two faults the fail2ban work turned up, both now fixed in code.

0184 — the host reads a unit twice after asking it to run, because the single read raced the daemon's death. Home in design 05.
0185 — a control plane behind its seat's row serves what it can instead of refusing to start. Issue 201 records that this closes the outage and leaves the push race itself open, which is deliberate.
