The last of the four defects the group 7 audit turned up: the home server's found-firewall record was stale because that machine had not applied cleanly for six hours, and it had not applied cleanly because one public tracker had died.

A step fails for what the mesh chose and can fix, and reports what it merely found and cannot. Design 32 gains the rule as the one to copy. records, cycle and index pass.
