Registered at the operator's request; all three met on 2026-10-03 and worked around by hand at the time.

214 — a merge to the controller's repo rebuilds the controller first; the new controller never settles that build's outcome and the plan waits for ever, blocking later plans.
215 — a module once built at a commit stops following its branch; merges leave it out silently (unifi).
216 — a tools bundle with no loads on a module with no tools list is built, recorded and never delivered; every step reports success.

All located in mesh-controller with fix direction and test; fixes follow.
