Resolved: 219, an older build no longer replaces a newer one, and 220, a delivered bundle is exactly its archive. Each with its live proof.
Located: 221, the build agent's upgrade policy was record. It is now roll-out, and the issue resolves after the next controller merge.
New: 222, an assignment is refused on the bus until the bus's machine is pushed.
New: 223, a new mesh installs its controller as a container. This blocks mesh-controller#253.
213: a note on where its fix stands.
Design 38 WP4c: 34 modules' own code moved out of containers and proven live. Three remain, waiting on the builder installing a module's own npm packages.
