The operator, 2026-10-17: always show the full overview. The full report layout of playbook 07 now is the whole design as a tree: every milestone with its state, and under the running milestone its repositories and issues, each under the one it waits for. Its Next line names the actions up to the delivery.

Checks: records, index, cycle and words pass locally.
