Milestone "3 fix" of design 47 was delivered at 01:47 (mesh-catalog #356). Its row named issue 1084, which the triage closed as a duplicate of 1079; the fix built 1079. The row now names 1079 and the forge module (gitea) it touched, and no longer mesh-controller, which did not change. A one-line design edit: the operator's Approve of its merge is its review (playbook 08 step 4).
