The operator decided on 2026-10-18: as few domain words as possible, each clearly defined (research 062's direction).

Glossary: milestone reads "a group of a design's issues delivered together, as one delivery group, or one pull request when it touches one repository", named by what the operator or the mesh can do once it is delivered. epic moves to its Not: line.
Design 47: two ways a change reaches the machines, hotfix and feature. A design's milestones are features delivered one after another.

hq's merge-check.sh passes. Made by design 47's lead at the request of lead-57@g14, who opened the issue.
