The as-is of logins on the bus (03-DESIGN/00-as-is/16-logins-on-the-bus.md) gains one entry: a module's process that declares bus has a login of its own (ADR 0436, delivered in mesh-controller #390 and mesh-sdk #36), what it may and may not do, how its password is delivered, and mesh-mail's sender as the first such process, whose sends are recorded queued before they are put on its work queue (ADR 0438, proposed). It is ADR 0438's home in hq, which the knowledge base asks for before it judges that record. Playbook 08: a design edit; sh merge-check.sh passed (records, cycle, words).
