Design 47's milestone table after R3d's prepare step:

  • R3d (mesh-sdk, mesh-controller): the gate's keys carry what the forge needs (1321, 1322, 1323), the controller answers a what-if as data (1324), the build seat reads the gate's pull keys (1325), the broker tests (1326, 1243); and the terminal-free fix of ADR 0449 (1314-1317), delivered first.
  • R3e: what ADR 0437 called R3d: the gate takes over today's mesh-delivery, carrying its state when it first holds the seat (ADR 0450 §6).
  • R4 gains 1318 (the controller's deletions R3e makes possible).
  • Frontmatter decisions gain ADR 0449 and ADR 0450.

hq's four checks (records, index, cycle, words) passed locally on the change.
