Graduates research 066 (the mail client driven by a model), playbook 02.

Design 59 rewritten (one design per thing): new sections 5 to 9 (grants apart, mail reading, mail signals and the pop-up retired, the mail conversation, what stays outside), acceptance tests 10 to 17 (the direction's eight), milestones 2 to 4 (2: mail reading, mail signals, scam warnings, reading lessons, grants split, pop-up retired; 3: Betterbird removed, issue 806; 4: the mail conversation, after design 58 milestone 3 / issue 880 and issue 1419). Milestones 2 to 4 wait for the operator's confirmation (playbook 04 step 5).
Glossary: the Mail domain, fifteen entries, four homonym rows (lesson, signal, store, conversation).
Design 49: thirteen domains; adds the Config row (left from issue 683) and Mail.

Decisions: ADR 0458 (accepted), ADR 0459 (accepted), ADR 0460 (accepted), ADR 0461 (accepted), ADR 0462 (approved by the knowledge base, waiting for the operator's Approve). Issues opened: 1418, 1419. hq checks words.py, records.py, index.py, cycle.py pass.

Graduate research 066 into design 59: mail reading, mail signals, granted reading apart and the mail conversation, with the Mail domain in the glossary 4a2c15f725

Research 066's confirmed direction becomes ADR 0458 to 0462. Design 59 gains the sections and milestones 2 to 4 they decide, the glossary gains Mail as the thirteenth domain with four homonym rows, and design 49 lists Config and Mail so its count matches the glossary.

Answer the review: carry test 4 over as the direction words it, make milestone 4 wait for milestone 2, fix ADR 0461's clause numbers in the glossary f96f964a2d

Say that milestone 4 waits for the decision on its thread's caller ebc7665b2a

Space mail reading's batches 160 s apart, as ADR 0459 §15 now says
