Two lessons of 2026-10-21 into playbook 07 step 4 (the rule of where a lesson goes: how a kind of work is done goes into its playbook):
A push by hand sends a machine everything it is owed: a push to tell the bus of two new accounts also moved mail's module past its upgrade policy. Read mesh-controller.plan with diff first.
A module no machine runs is composed by no merge check: the build modules' first assignments found issues 1537 and 1542. Assign a new module to one machine first, read its plan and its apply, take it back at once when it cannot compose or apply.

Delivery plan — builds nothing: the change touches no module of the mesh's graph
Transitions
2026-10-20 23:36 (new) → proposed (announced): novox/hq#447's head announced
2026-10-20 23:37 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
2026-10-20 23:37 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
2026-10-20 23:38 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
2026-10-20 23:38 published → delivered (done): nothing for a walk to move
The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
