ADR 0479 (the print and scan page) was accepted 2026-10-21 at version 14. Design 61 moves to designed and follows its last clauses: PDF and JPEG only (other types wait on issue 1650, §4); the printer's holder asks its own GET link, a process of the holder matching the seat (§5). Design 60's index row now reads In progress, as its frontmatter does.
