Design 60 gains milestone F2b (issue 1657): the build modules take the mesh-sdk that knows shares before the catalogue's F3 uses it; F3 depends on F2 and F2b; the delivery's indexer takes the same SDK in design 47's work. Playbook 07 step 0 item 6: every program that parses a manifest strictly ships a new manifest word first, found by search, with today's case (the operator agreed the cut 2026-10-21).
