Issues 1855 and 1856.

Design 63: the mail page becomes the operator's list with Owly beside it (ADR 0515 to ADR 0519), in six milestones with their issues; milestones 2, 4 and 6 and the teaching in milestone 5 are marked proposed scope until their decisions. The reference mockup is kept beside it in 63-mockup/, with every name, address, employer, domain, provider and amount invented.
Playbook 10, visual design: mockups with fixed data, the operator picks, the pick is the reference; listed in the overview and the drawn playbooks page.
As-is 18 now describes mail reading as delivered (read from mesh-catalog origin/main 835bf22b).
Design 59 says where design 63 replaces it (its page, its milestone 4 and section 8) and lists ADR 0515 and ADR 0518.
Glossary: the operator's list, task, promise, read later, handled, action log, Owly, morning briefing, suggested action, approval inbox.
AGENTS.md: a design may keep its reference mockup as HTML (the operator, 2026-10-22).

Write design 63 and playbook 10, so the mail page's next steps are built from a picked design 5d745d04db

Design 63 turns the mail page into the operator's list with Owly beside it (ADR 0515
to 0519), in six milestones with their issues; its reference mockup is kept beside it,
its data invented. Playbook 10 says how a page is designed before it is built: mockups
with fixed data, the operator picks, the pick is the reference. The as-is of the mail
modules now describes mail reading as delivered, the glossary gains design 63's words,
design 59's milestone 4 is marked replaced, and AGENTS.md allows a design's mockup.

Issues 1855 and 1856.

Answer the review: mockup data invented throughout, later milestones' scope marked proposed, design 59 says where it is replaced, playbook 10 aligned with 04 and 07 eddd7ba684

Answer the review's second round: the mockup's sheet holds invented sales figures; milestone 5's row lists only teaching and the counts
