Issue 1726 (note 29): on 2026-10-24 the gate dropped two merges it heard before it held its seat, so source.main lagged for two repositories and a reviewed, approved pull request in each was refused at its Approve. Step 2 item 1 now asks the lead to read every verdict's trunk ("pass <head> on ") against main at once.
This pull request is also the recovery for hq: hq's source.main holds 82aa3f6 while main is c12d503, so a merge the gate hears live writes hq's main again; the operator merges it by hand (temporary mode for this one repository) and its merged-unchecked hold is released.

Delivery plan — builds nothing: the change touches no module of the mesh's graph
Transitions
2026-10-24 11:55 (new) → proposed (announced): novox/hq#474's head announced
2026-10-24 12:01 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
2026-10-24 12:01 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
2026-10-24 19:47 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
2026-10-24 19:47 published → delivered (done): nothing for a walk to move
The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
