Delivery group words/catalog (hq, mesh-catalog). The operator, 2026-10-28: "catalogue" is "a stupid writing"; the mesh's word is catalog, as the repository mesh-catalog already spells it.

• The glossary entry is catalog (and catalogs), with Not: catalogue (unscoped, so the tools' words check retires it too); the old catalog (hq) line is gone.
• 763 replacements in running prose across hq, plus the hyphenated compounds (catalog-wide, whole-catalog, catalog-only, cataloged); kept: paths, issue folder names, code identifiers, link targets, quotations (the words test's own rules); three internal/catalogue paths put in backticks.
• words_test.go: comments and messages only; its machinery unchanged.

The clash of names (one name for the repository, a module in it and the functional catalog) is parked as its own idea, to settle with the catalog-size research.
Checked: go test ./... at the root with MESH_CATALOG_DIR set to the mesh-catalog member passes.
