ADR 0565 (L5: what leaves the controller before the lease write, and where it goes) was accepted at version 6 on 2026-10-28 11:31Z. This homes it:

  • Design 47 lists ADR 0565 among its decisions. Its L5 row says the parts decided:
    • mesh-config's declared, compare, take-over and kept, read by the checker and the assigner's composition check;
    • the indexer's predefined and config-candidate states;
    • the node seat node-engine with the verb packages;
    • the seat mesh-wants: the upgrade policy, the six choices, upgrade compare and policy-split;
    • the seat mesh-hand-acts;
    • trusted values set only on the operator's Approve;
    • settings, move-config and move-placement ending with the lease;
    • one delivery group, with mesh-controller not a member;
    • the lease write's gate (clause 14).
  • Glossary: the new entry config candidate; hand-act, take-over and upgrade policy extended. No word is retired.

Checks: go test ./... at the root passes.
