Under issue 1126 (the controller's code lines) and issue 774 (who mints bus accounts).

Playbook 07: before a push every member's suites run as the running checker places them, and a release that changes a judging part is judged by the running one, what it cannot judge delivered first (both from release sdk1, 2026-11-02); each rule says how it is checked. The pointer to the controller's builds log becomes mesh-delivery-checker.checker_pull.
Design 47: L2 built and delivered as release sdk1, done once a check composes on every machine; L3 names that nothing writes the bus module's own process accounts while it has no want on the broker node.
