Under issue 774 (who mints bus accounts). Design 47, Compositions, wants and the apply: one paragraph following ADR 0594 (accepted 2026-11-03 on the operator's Approve): the assigner writes the bus module's want by its rules; the node agent applies its files, process bus accounts and tools and keeps the server's container, with no record ask; only a want carrying the operator's warrant (a put after the streams' snapshot, or the operator's hand write) replaces the server; the have names both fingerprints and the view says the server waits; mesh-sdk names the server's resources; the assigner writes the want only to a node agent that keeps the server, delivered first. Says how it is checked; ADR 0594 added to the design's decisions.
