A watcher of 2026-11-05 reported that four modules taken in by hand had reached no machine. It read that from the status view's line 'the indexer has not yet taken in ', which is a report, not a wait; /node-engine.composition showed all four running their new builds (issue 1585, note 66). The mesh-watcher definition gains one paragraph: a delivery is read on each machine with /node-engine.composition against the assigner's want (mesh-delivery-view.assigner_want), and 'nothing reached a machine' is never reported without that read.

hq's checks (go test ./... at the root) pass.
