081 — neither cache consumer can keep its keys under its login, so neither takes the shared cache; proven by the two-node bed.
082 — a report that arrived while the store restarted was lost, and the node never heard from again; resolved in the control plane, with the review's corrections.
083 — opened: enrolments, build results and upgrade announcements have the same loss in the store's restart window.

Checks pass. Code MRs on multiple-fixes: mesh-controller, mesh-catalog, mesh-lab.
