Remove the decision records and research efforts, which the knowledge base now holds whole (issue 426)
ADR 0290 rule 9: once the import is checked record by record, hq keeps no copy.
The records and efforts are removed; every link or path to them reads "ADR NNNN" or

Words allowed — documents words.py does not hold to the glossary's retired words

Read by words.py (ADR 0244). One row per document. Until is the date by which it is reworded — past it, the row fails like the words themselves. The research efforts this list kept as written (research 034 and 042) live in the knowledge base now (ADR 0290), which keeps a record's words as it was imported.
