distribution's artifact-store alias names port 5100, where the store answers (issue 1966)

mesh-catalog #625 offered artifact-store again with serves port 5000, copied from the manifest before the
registry milestone. The running node-engines turn that port through the ports the node assigned the module; with
the milestone's manifest the assignment no longer turns 5000 into 5100, where the store's container has published
since 2026-10-04 (docker_ports on novox: 0.0.0.0:5100->5000). Since #625 was taken in, novox fetches from :5000
and is refused (node-engine journal 18:54: connection refused), while the store's log shows fetches on :5100
until 18:47:52. The alias now names 5100. Removed with the alias once every node-engine runs the milestone's build.
