From 74e1be97abd3a095b936fbae03064eaf43097b00 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: jochen Date: Sat, 10 Oct 2026 03:40:48 +0200 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] claude-code: an agent proposes a shared instruction section, and every node takes it only on the operator's warrant (hq ADR 0274) Shared instructions were the terminal's alone since hq issue 340, because the tool runner cannot tell an agent from the operator. The operator channel now proves who answered, so an agent may propose a section; each node proves the router's warrant against the exact text itself and keeps what it approved in its own file, so nothing written to the bus becomes active. --- modules/claude-code/README.md | 18 + modules/claude-code/cmd/claude-code/config.go | 25 +- modules/claude-code/cmd/claude-code/main.go | 10 +- modules/claude-code/cmd/claude-code/node.go | 1 + .../cmd/claude-code/proposal_tools.go | 119 +++ .../claude-code/cmd/claude-code/proposals.go | 796 ++++++++++++++++++ .../cmd/claude-code/proposals_test.go | 493 +++++++++++ modules/claude-code/go.mod | 2 +- modules/claude-code/go.sum | 2 + modules/claude-code/module.json | 8 +- 10 files changed, 1470 insertions(+), 4 deletions(-) create mode 100644 modules/claude-code/cmd/claude-code/proposal_tools.go create mode 100644 modules/claude-code/cmd/claude-code/proposals.go create mode 100644 modules/claude-code/cmd/claude-code/proposals_test.go diff --git a/modules/claude-code/README.md b/modules/claude-code/README.md index d9cf9fe7..8e39a9e5 100644 --- a/modules/claude-code/README.md +++ b/modules/claude-code/README.md @@ -67,6 +67,7 @@ must see, a node that joins later included — kept, so it carries no secret eit | a person ran `/login` here | the credentials file gains a refresh token this module never writes; its next report shows it, and the licence manager asks `claude_code_grant` for it, giving its key — the one time a refresh token leaves the node, for the manager to adopt by refreshing it | | what this node should hold | the licence manager's `bindings` state, this node's key; on a newer generation this module asks `anthropic-licence-manager.current` for its token, sealed to the key it sends, and writes it access-token-only — so the agent here never refreshes.
