Subject: [PATCH] claude-code: make the agent account at the home its node
 names

The controller fills ${machine:agent-home} in a user's home now, so an agent
account the operator names with a home of its own is created there, where the
module places its ~/.claude (hq ADR 0266). An existing account is never moved.
