jschoubben ccb7eaff13 Pin mesh-sdk c54648e74346 and mesh-contracts ec9529022c44, the group's heads, in every Go module (issue 1966) 
Every module that imports mesh-sdk requires its group head; each requires the mesh-contracts seats and clients it
imports, and mesh-contracts/go through the SDK's seat list. The placeholder versions are gone.

jochen 9582208984 Add nextcloud-client and blueman: the two tray apps get an owner and tools, each with one start 
Both are official packages already on both workstations, started once by dex from an XDG
autostart entry (the client's own, the package's). The modules declare the package, add no
second start, own none of the apps' files, and give the mesh status, log, restart and check.

jochen 3b43a1ef4d bluetooth: the stack, its daemon, and the devices as tools (hq to-be 42 phase 2.9) 
bluez and bluez-utils, and bluetooth.service running and enabled. On both
workstations bluez is installed only as a dependency; declaring it keeps a
clean-up from taking it.

Nine Go tools over bluetoothctl: controller, power, devices with battery
where reported, a bounded scan, connect, disconnect, trust, pair (an agent
that confirms nothing, for headphones) and remove. An act whose output says
it failed is an error whatever the exit status, and one bluez refuses the
account is repeated through sudo -n.
