jschoubben 437c524b81 gitea, minio, mosquitto: tests run as the Node build module runs them, tsc -p . then npm test (issue 1891)
The old TypeScript check compiled every source beside itself, and into
dist/, before it ran the tests; mesh-build-node runs `tsc -p .` (these
tsconfigs say noEmit) and then the package's test script, so:

- gitea and minio: the tests import the .ts sources, which import each
other as ./x.js. A resolve hook in test/ resolves such an import, when no
.js is there, to the .ts beside it and compiles it with the toolchain's
TypeScript (gitea's sources use parameter properties, which type
stripping refuses). 57 of gitea's tests and minio's links test failed.
- mosquitto: its ctrl test imports ../dist/client.js; its test script now
  builds first, as gitea's does.

Test scripts and a test helper only; what is built and delivered is the same.

jschoubben 1080f45012 mosquitto: a consumer's grant is the topics it asks for, and its binding says the port
mqtt-topic served nothing: with two listens the mesh could not say which port a consumer dials, so a
consumer had to type 1883 into its config. It now serves the MQTT listener's port (the machine's,
once assigned) and the scheme, so `${bound:mqtt-topic:port}` fills.

The provisioner confined every consumer to `<as>/#`, which leaves nothing for the consumers the
broker exists for: Home Assistant discovers under homeassistant/# and tasmota/discovery/#, and
Node-RED's flows follow the devices' own topics. A consumer now contributes `topics` (MQTT topic
filters) to its mqtt-topic requirement and is granted exactly those; with none, its own subtree as
before. Settings merge into contributions, so an operator narrows a grant per assignment. The role
is brought to exactly the wanted ACLs (stale ones removed), `holds` checks the ACLs too, and an
invalid list is refused, never quietly narrowed. Only the role named for the consumer is touched:
a client carried from the predecessor's password file keeps its own.

jochen 0cb0f814b4 Every credential provider says whether it still holds a consumer
holds() for postgres, mssql, mongodb, minio, lavinmq, mosquitto, mailu
and gitea, so the harness makes again a login the backend lost (hq issue
120). Each checks the mesh's password as the consumer presents it, or
compares it read-only, and returns false only when the backend says the
credential is absent or wrong; an unreachable backend throws.

jschoubben c82b3ff706 Convert four hal modules: lidarr, mongodb, mssql, mosquitto
Mirrors the proven catalog patterns field-for-field:
- lidarr -> the Servarr twin of radarr/sonarr (API v1, artist content); no
provisioner (it is a consumer app).
- mongodb -> postgres shape: mongodb-database provider, provisioner mints a
per-consumer db+user (ADR 0053), client shells to mongosh (no npm driver,
  the psql convention).
- mssql -> postgres shape: mssql-database provider, sqlcmd client.
- mosquitto -> redis shape: mqtt-topic provider via the Dynamic Security
plugin, deliberately avoiding hal's password_file (that file is nox issue
  011 exactly); provisioner mints a per-consumer MQTT client+role.

All four typecheck (strict, NodeNext) against the built @novox/mesh-sdk, and
their service images are digest-pinned to resolved registry digests. The
mesh-runtime-<mod> images keep the all-zeros placeholder the pipeline pins,
as postgres/redis do, and must bundle each module's CLI (mongosh/sqlcmd/
mosquitto_ctrl) as mesh-runtime-postgres bundles psql.

Not yet lab-verified: each module lists in-code what an integration test must
prove (auth model, provisioner reconcile, mosquitto dynsec bootstrap ordering).
