mesh/delivery superseded: a newer head of the same pull request
Every directory and archive resource carries `unknown`: move-out for a home folder whose program writes nothing there (the node-engine, delivered in mesh-host #117, moves the rest to ~/.local/state/mesh-moved/<module>/ with a list), module for ~/.ssh and ~/.claude, program elsewhere; `knows` keeps what a program or the operator relies on (powerlevel10k's compiled files, i3's scripts and the asus/g14 drop-ins, dunst's slack rule, betterbird's records, node-env's forge credential, issue 1033). Two shared folders are no longer declared. Each module's README says it. checks/owned holds every manifest to it; checks/sshdir stays while main's merge check runs it (issue 1035). Tests that pin a manifest follow the new key only. Reviewed in three rounds.

jochen 57d524f4ef Fold public-acme into route-proxy; drop dhcpcd and cloudflare-dns (hq ADR 0226)
public-acme ran nothing and had one consumer. The proxy now states the issuer itself, byte for byte
what the binding rendered, so its account directory and every certificate stay put. dhcpcd and
cloudflare-dns are assigned nowhere and nothing requires what they provide.

jschoubben 41637befff Rename mesh-control -> mesh-controller, substrate -> foundation
One name per thing, per the HQ glossary: the module/container/image/binary/repo
becomes mesh-controller, the seat the-controller, and the store+broker pair the
foundation (embedded base bundles, default template and example lock renamed with
their go:embed directives). No behaviour change — a pure vocabulary rename.

jschoubben 36640f68e6 Add route-proxy provider and hello-web consumer modules
route-proxy is the shipping form of the reference reverse proxy (novox/hq
ADR 0007, 08-connectivity section 3): it provides route, is given every
consumer as the file at receives.route, and forwards by the Host header. It
ships the Go proxy from mesh-control/examples/route-proxy via a multi-stage
Dockerfile; no broker, own-secret or provisioner, since it only reads the file
the mesh writes.

ACME_DIRECTORY defaults to Let's Encrypt staging and is overridable per node to
production, so there is no hardcoded production default -- resolving novox/hq
04-ISSUES/004. hello-web is a minimal consumer that requires route and
contributes name+port, to exercise the grant.
