jschoubben	48b08c74ab	mesh-config: apply a held value only at the merged head; a close the forge cannot confirm drops nothing (issue 1826)	2026-10-22 11:07:19 +02:00
jschoubben	224a7a66a5	mesh-config: hold a value for the open pull request that introduces its key (issue 1826) A key a pull request adds is declared by no registered manifest, so its value was refused and the group's composed check could not pass. A proposal may now name the pull request: judged against what the controller told of its head, asked of the operator, kept apart on Approve, applied at the merge, dropped at a close.	2026-10-22 10:58:28 +02:00
jochen	2379027cec	Propose mesh-issues' owners: take the SDK that reads names with digits as names (issue 1439) mesh/repo-check head 2379027ceca5 merged into trunk f813be275306 — pass: its merge-check.sh passed, each part in its toolchain: merge-check.sh (go), merge-… Details mesh/merge-gate head 2379027ceca5 merged into trunk f813be275306 — pass: group feat/1439-name-runs composed: every machine composes with the change as it d… Details mesh/delivery delivered Details mesh/delivery-group group feat/1439-name-runs delivered: every member is delivered Details mesh-config refused every owners proposal as carrying a secret, because the SDK's CheckSecret took modules/asus-zephyrus-g14, i3status-rust and powerlevel10k for random strings. The SDK at feat/1439-name-runs judges such a lowercase name piece by piece; this moves mesh-config to it and proves the catalogue's own owners list plus okioki is put to the operator.	2026-10-21 09:57:56 +02:00

mesh-tools	652b00b25b	Say on every directory how it treats files it does not know, and check it (issue 1024, ADR 0422) mesh/merge-gate checking again: the gate refused `unknown` because the controller judged with a node-engine validator pinned before mesh-host #117; mesh-co… Details mesh/repo-check checking again: the gate refused `unknown` because the controller judged with a node-engine validator pinned before mesh-host #117; mesh-co… Details mesh/delivery-group group feat/owned-paths checking: 0 of 2 member(s) ready Details mesh/delivery superseded: a newer head of the same pull request Details Every directory and archive resource carries `unknown`: move-out for a home folder whose program writes nothing there (the node-engine, delivered in mesh-host #117, moves the rest to ~/.local/state/mesh-moved/<module>/ with a list), module for ~/.ssh and ~/.claude, program elsewhere; `knows` keeps what a program or the operator relies on (powerlevel10k's compiled files, i3's scripts and the asus/g14 drop-ins, dunst's slack rule, betterbird's records, node-env's forge credential, issue 1033). Two shared folders are no longer declared. Each module's README says it. checks/owned holds every manifest to it; checks/sshdir stays while main's merge check runs it (issue 1035). Tests that pin a manifest follow the new key only. Reviewed in three rounds.	2026-10-17 16:23:03 +00:00
