jschoubben	0bfc72d230	Make the controller checks strict: nothing names the placed-nowhere controller ... controllerdeps refuses any manifest naming the controller's seat, states or buckets, the lease and the entries once kept to its write among them, and any module file naming one of its buckets (ADR 0590 §5). The words check refuses a controller address in any text a module shows. The handacts check and noplacement's list of assignments readers are folded into it (issue 1126 B10). jochen	dd14526870	Refuse a daemon's line in what a module shows: the operator types nox (hq ADR 0272, issue 356) ... A condition told the operator to type the node-engine's binary at the machine, and nothing held the catalogue's texts to ADR 0272. The words check gains retired-lines — the controller's and the node-engine's commands, copied from hq's words.py --list lines, which compares it — and refuses one in any string a module's tools can show or any manifest description. jochen	362974244e	Hold a retired word's plural to the word in what the tools say (hq ADR 0244) ... The pattern ended at the word, so control planes and flavors passed where control plane and flavor fail.
