jschoubben	e4382d016e	mesh-conditions answers hand-back as gone and writes nothing: nothing reads the take-over key any more (ADR 0564 clause 9) ... After the group the messenger and the watcher hear the condition keeper alone; a hand-back written to the take-over key answered follow: controller and changed nothing. It is now answered as gone, naming its record, as placement's adopt and hand-back are; the verb stays on the seat so a caller is told rather than not found. Tests: none added; the hand-back lines of TestCompareCountsOnlyWhatBothSidesRaise become a row per lease state, each answered as gone with the take-over key unwritten. jschoubben	c1a32b4385	The condition keeper stops watching the controller's conditions (ADR 0564 clause 9) ... The keeper watches the controller's lease alone; the watch of mesh-controller.conditions, its constant and its manifest read are gone, so no condition is carried from the controller's bucket any more. The manifest test now refuses that read. The carry code in the keeper (Controller, the compare tool) stays, unfed, until the controller is removed. No test added. jschoubben	bbd02004b8	Let the health take-over's compare come out empty (issue 1952) ... The self-check's D13 read every reading, good night, indexer module and manifest one key at a time through the runtime and never finished within its 30 s; it now keeps those states by watching them and judges from memory, and reads the setting `probes` once a run. Findings name their key's last part `ref`, since the runtime refuses a field named `token`; the self-check, the healers and the keeper are pinned to the mesh-sdk that reads it and lets a carried holder say its seat's events. The controller's own bus.nats.upgrade-failed ends with its lease, as the operator approved on 2026-10-31, so compare lists it apart. Quick vs thorough: quick, these fixes for L4's take-over now; the thorough fix (research 032 / ADR 0240's health view extension) is decided later. jschoubben	35ff67bda0	Design 47's last milestones: the keeper, self-check, healers, hand-acts, provisioner, vault, artifact sweep, disk readings, credential forms (issues 774, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955) ... One commit with exactly the tree of the reviewed head 35b4509c0a, on main 12c2574c9d, so two compiled programs added and removed on the branch leave no trace in history (issue 1577).	2026-10-30 02:21:51 +01:00
