jschoubben 7b06a7a408 Event names are local now, in the manifests and in the code
Every module named its events the way the old bus spelled a routing key —
`module.<module>.<verb>`. Design 29 says a module names an event locally and the
mesh works out where it lands, so all 37 were stale against a rule already
decided. On the new bus that derives into a namespace belonging to a module
called "module", so no cross-module subscription in the mesh matched anything:
nothing failed, nothing reacted (novox/hq 04-ISSUES/127).

36 manifests converted, and 43 files of module code with them. The code mattered
as much as the manifests: the runtime builds the subject from what `emit()` is
handed, so a converted manifest with unconverted code would have had the
permission and the subject disagree.

Three things the new check found on the way:

- `photos` emitted an event its manifest never declared, which the new bus refuses
  outright. Declared.
- `showcase` waited for an event nothing emits, so its demo could never be
triggered — only `showcase` may publish under its own name. It emits both halves
  now.
- `distribution` declared an event named after a different module. It emits
`image.pushed` under its own name. An event about a *role* belongs on the seat,
where the name outlives whoever holds it, but the sdk has no way to publish on a
seat yet, so that stays recorded rather than declared.

The audit logger's "everything" pattern is `**` rather than the old bus's `#`.

jochen 6fd93afc6c Review fixes: holds and create agree, and no password leaves a check
create re-enables what holds refuses (mssql login, mosquitto client,
mailu mailbox, gitea user) and clears an expired postgres password, so
no disabled account loops. mssql and mongodb checks take the password
from the environment, never argv; mosquitto_ctrl failures no longer
repeat -P. mosquitto reads 'could not ask' as an error, not absence.
mailu checks existence and enabled only: its imap passdb cannot verify
a password. mssql checks the user's SID; gitea pages teams at 50.

jochen 0cb0f814b4 Every credential provider says whether it still holds a consumer
holds() for postgres, mssql, mongodb, minio, lavinmq, mosquitto, mailu
and gitea, so the harness makes again a login the backend lost (hq issue
120). Each checks the mesh's password as the consumer presents it, or
compares it read-only, and returns false only when the backend says the
credential is absent or wrong; an unreachable backend throws.

jschoubben e362fb951c The rest of the catalogue becomes mesh-buildable (issue 060, batch 2)
The 21 media/home modules, the SaaS tool modules (cloudflare-dns,
confluence, gitlab, jira), model-usage, and the model-access trio get
the same Dockerfile + build section as batch 1. Scheduled-only modules
(anthropic-consumer, anthropic-manager, openai-consumer) deliberately
declare no MESH_TOOL_MODULES — every container of theirs names its
command. mosquitto's run-once bootstrap container builds from the same
artifact. Modules with third-party deps (model-usage: pg;
anthropic-manager: tweetnacl) install them beside their compiled code.

Also fixes cloudflare-dns's package.json, unparseable since its
description lost a closing quote.

Deliberately still without build sections: builder and mesh-controller
(the foundation builds them by its own path), distribution (provides
the artifact store — building it through itself is refused by design),
route-proxy (cross-repo build context, deferred), and the
upstream-image-only modules, which have no code to build.

jschoubben 43ca9c9c73 Give every module that would overflow its login a short slug
An identity is `mesh_<node>_<slug-or-name>` and a backend keeps 20 characters
(an S3 access key). Overflow makes a module unresolvable, and this catalogue
was finding it one module at a time, on a raise: route-proxy on novox is 22,
home-assistant on ace is 23. Two found by hand where a sweep would have found
eighteen.

So the whole catalogue was swept instead, against the longest node name the
mesh actually has (`shanks`, six characters) rather than against the node each
module happens to sit on today — a module is assigned somewhere, and where is
not a property of the manifest. That leaves eight characters for the identity
source, and eighteen modules were over it.

Slugs added, chosen to stay greppable in a provider's user list:

  anthropic-consumer claude openai-consumer openai
  anthropic-manager anthmgr portainer portain
  audit-logger audit public-acme pubacme
  bookshelf books qbittorrent qbt
  cloudflare-dns cfdns resolv-conf resolv
  confluence confl resolved-split-dns splitdns
  home-assistant hass route-proxy rproxy
  invoicing invoice verdaccio verdacc
  mosquitto mosq
  nextcloud ncloud

A slug changes the login the mesh mints, so a module already provisioned under
its full name is re-minted under the slug and its old login withdrawn — which
is the provisioner's ordinary business, but it is a change, not a no-op.

Checked with the real parser: every one of the 66 manifests through
`catalogue.ParseManifest`, and every module's `CheckIdentity` against all four
node names. 0 problems, where the same check over the parent commit reports 44.

jschoubben e58cbc1c46 mosquitto: don't read a rejected dynsec command as success
mosquitto_ctrl's dynsec subcommands exit 0 even when they fail — a
"Client not found", an "already exists", a "Connection error: Not
authorized", an "Unable to connect" all return status 0 and report the
failure only as a line of text (verified live against 2.0.11). ctl()
trusted the exit code, so clientExists()'s getClient probe never threw
and always returned true; createScopedClient therefore took the
setClientPassword branch, never ran createClient, and the consumer's
client never landed in the dynsec store — while the provisioner logged
it as provisioned. That is the assigned-catalogue-mqtt failure.

ctl() now scans the combined stdout/stderr for the tool's error markers
and raises a match as the failure it is. Surfacing those errors exposed
two calls that only "worked" by being swallowed: addRoleACL re-run
reports "already exists" (now ignored like createRole), and addClientRole
re-run reports a bare "Internal error" that cannot be told from a real
fault — so the binding is checked with clientHasRole and only added when
absent. Fresh provision, idempotent re-provision, password rotation, bad
admin auth and unreachable broker all verified against a live broker.

jschoubben ec1e7189a3 mosquitto: seed dynsec with a run-once bootstrap before the broker
The Dynamic Security plugin refuses to start the broker unless
dynamic-security.json already holds an admin client, and no reconcile loop
seeds it (novox/hq ADR 0052). Add a run-once init container, declared before
the server container, that runs mosquitto's own bootstrap entrypoint in the
runtime image: it seeds the store offline via mosquitto_ctrl and exits, and
the host gates the broker on its completion.

The bootstrap hands the seeded file to the broker's user (uid 1883, chown +
0600): the broker must read the seed at startup AND persist to it as clients
come and go, but the init container runs as root and would otherwise leave a
file the broker can neither read nor rewrite. This is the ownership question
ADR 0052 left for the lab to settle. It seeds only when the file is absent, so
what the running plugin grows is never clobbered (issue 035).

jschoubben c82b3ff706 Convert four hal modules: lidarr, mongodb, mssql, mosquitto
Mirrors the proven catalog patterns field-for-field:
- lidarr -> the Servarr twin of radarr/sonarr (API v1, artist content); no
provisioner (it is a consumer app).
- mongodb -> postgres shape: mongodb-database provider, provisioner mints a
per-consumer db+user (ADR 0053), client shells to mongosh (no npm driver,
  the psql convention).
- mssql -> postgres shape: mssql-database provider, sqlcmd client.
- mosquitto -> redis shape: mqtt-topic provider via the Dynamic Security
plugin, deliberately avoiding hal's password_file (that file is nox issue
  011 exactly); provisioner mints a per-consumer MQTT client+role.

All four typecheck (strict, NodeNext) against the built @novox/mesh-sdk, and
their service images are digest-pinned to resolved registry digests. The
mesh-runtime-<mod> images keep the all-zeros placeholder the pipeline pins,
as postgres/redis do, and must bundle each module's CLI (mongosh/sqlcmd/
mosquitto_ctrl) as mesh-runtime-postgres bundles psql.

Not yet lab-verified: each module lists in-code what an integration test must
prove (auth model, provisioner reconcile, mosquitto dynsec bootstrap ordering).
