Portainer is deprecated. It held the docker socket (root on the machine) behind a public name. Unassigned from ace and novox and pushed; containers, route and data are gone from both. catalog_dependents lists nothing that depends on it, and no other module mentions it.

Remove portainer: deprecated, and unassigned everywhere a309deb479 
It held the docker socket behind a public name. Nothing depends on it;
it is off both machines that ran it, with its data.
