Issue 1124: gitea_create_repo created only under the tools' own user, so novox/mesh-delivery (research 063, the operator 2026-10-18) could not be made through the tools.

  • client.ts createRepo takes an optional owner: with it, POST /orgs/{org}/repos; a refusal (403, 404, 409) is thrown with its status, the forge's reason and the organisation. Without it, /user/repos as before.
  • tools/index.ts: an owner argument (checked by the existing name guard) and a description saying where it creates.
  • test/create-repo.test.ts: 1124/AC1-AC4.

Tests first: mesh-controller.try at 50fee22 (tests only) failed in the TypeScript toolchain (gitea), at 0d3f0fd passed (Go and TypeScript, 54 s).

Delivery novox/mesh-catalog@0d3f0fd3fc89 — delivered since 2026-10-18T13:54:10Z

Delivery plan — builds gitea → novox; no bus step

  • tier 0: gitea
  • novox: receives gitea
  • gitea provides npm-package-registry, git, gitea-read, forge-account: its consumers are sent again after it
  • gitea keeps data (ADR 0233): what it holds is backed up before it moves

Machines

  • gitea on every machine running it: sent

Transitions

  • 2026-10-18 13:47 (new) → proposed (announced): novox/mesh-catalog#362's head announced
  • 2026-10-18 13:49 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
  • 2026-10-18 13:49 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
  • 2026-10-18 13:50 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
  • 2026-10-18 13:50 published → delivering (go): its walk started: let go by this owner in its group's order, by a person, or on the controller's own path — not a failed walk that carried a later commit for it, after which it waits for a walk of its own commit
  • 2026-10-18 13:54 delivering → delivered (done): its walk is done, carrying its own commit: every machine of its deploy plan passed, or was left as its policy says

The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
