Group fix/1921-every-failure-r with mesh-sdk and mesh-delivery, one Approve. mesh-build-go and mesh-build-node pin the group's mesh-sdk head 79649c3f, whose RunAsk runs every test step of a level; mesh-build-go gains a two-failing-packages fixture and a test that both failures are named.

Same patch as the reviewed 1968aba6 of 2026-10-25, on today's main; only the pins changed. Try try-1793009322563236912 passed (8m1s); the first try failed on an npm registry download on ace, not on this change.
