Delivery group words/catalog (hq, mesh-catalog). The operator, 2026-10-28: the mesh's word is catalog.

• retired-words lists catalogue (the copy rule keeps it equal to hq's glossary); the words check skips string literals that are only a module or import path (a dotted host and no whitespace), so git.novox.be/novox/mesh-sdk/go/catalogue imports are not flagged.
• Nine "the catalogue" phrases in strings and comments are "the catalog" (artifact-store-tools, claude-code, gitea, mesh-catalog, mesh-config, mesh-issues); identifiers kept. The claude-code golden fixture follows the renderer's wording.
• checks/nobinaries refuses a compiled program in every tracked file, not only under modules/ (the review found a 4.6 MB binary at checks/words/words committed and not caught; it is removed from history and ignored).

Quick vs thorough: thorough for the binary check (every tracked file), as the review asked.
Tests: checks/words, checks/nobinaries (a row: a program under checks/ is refused), modules/claude-code, mesh-config, mesh-issues, gitea (npm test) pass; the words check over the tree: 13 retired words, none in 63074 strings of 1011 files.
