The placement directory and its check are deleted. A new check refuses a placement directory and any manifest reading the indexer's placement. mesh-config reads placement from the seat's state. The delivery gate drops its placement wording. gitea's commit trees drop the listed directories. The build modules' capacity is an integer per node layer, default 0, and build-hours is one window; neither names a node. The particulars check reads node names from MESH_NODE_NAMES, which the checker hands over, and a leftover particulars file is refused. The build modules, mesh-config, the gate and the vault pin mesh-sdk 38dbe1d.

The particulars test skips the real-catalogue case until D14 (the checker handing node names) is delivered (issue 1126 note 111).
