mesh/delivery superseded: a newer head of the same pull request
A superseded member counts as reached when a later delivered walk on its trunk carried every module it moves (ADR 0270's covered test); otherwise the group reads stopped, as groupTurns already treats it. Five groups read "delivering, 1 of 2 delivered" for days with nothing in progress (novox/hq issue 442).
