The build step parsed the manifest as a judge of config values, so claude-code, dunst and xterm, whose values fall back to a predefined key, got a fingerprint but their tools bundle was refused at the build. The builder holds no published list of predefined keys; ParseManifestForInputs is its read. mesh-build-node reads module.json with its own narrow struct and needs no change.
