Kept (keys, steps, each read by another module today) is said with stdio.Keeps before the module serves; announcetest.Check holds the announcement equal to the code. Pinned to mesh-sdk feat/r4e-sdk 9cb4d59. The manifest test's call of the deleted StateReadsNothingDeclares still has to go (the edit is waiting on the operator's permission).
