mesh/delivery superseded: a newer head of the same pull request
mesh/merge-gate pass: builds messenger → novox; no bus step; every machine composes with the change as it did without (4 of 4 compose)
mesh/repo-check pass: its merge-check.sh passed, each part in its toolchain: merge-check.sh (go), merge-check-typescript.sh (typescript)
A newer message about the same problem (an escalation, a reminder, a re-send) replaced the Details ticket of the one before it on that channel kind, so tapping Details on any but the newest was refused "it belongs to no open message". Each message now keeps a ticket of its own, used once, at most MostDetails per record and kind and none older than TokenFor; one pushed out is refused in words that send the operator to the newest message. A change of the condition's actions no longer drops Details, which names no action.
