Every module that imports mesh-sdk requires its group head; each requires the mesh-contracts seats and clients it
imports, and mesh-contracts/go through the SDK's seat list. The placeholder versions are gone.

dnsmasq

The dnsmasq module of the mesh catalogue: installs the package dnsmasq; claims the seat mesh-dns-resolver.

Files it does not know

Each directory or archive this module declares says how it treats a file it did not write (ADR 0422, ADR 0416).
