An empty commit merged through the merge gate, so the new indexer reads mesh-contracts' seat definitions on its merge (its seat list is empty, and the hand read hangs on mesh-hand-acts, whose ledger the old grants never minted). The operator's bootstrap by hand, 2026-11-07. No file changes.
