mesh/merge-gate head b7d03b68974d merged into trunk 8f2d22db0caa — pass: group feat/quiet-deliveries composed: every machine composes with the change as it…
Swaps three import paths for mesh-sdk's go/catalogue, go/overlay and go/validate (the same packages, copied from this repository at 6c2a8d62) and lets gofmt order the groups. The six swap commits compile together once the pin commit (go.mod, modules.txt) is on the branch; each alone does not, because a file on the SDK's types cannot call one still on the old package.

That check answered once, so the build queue is the wrong place to look.
mesh-delivery names the delivery's state as data (held); the controller
reads it and never the words. A line without it keeps the advice of 438.
A walk whose delivery was held for a person said only that it waits for
mesh-delivery's word and that plans go starts it by hand, pointing the
reader at a hand start instead of the person's decision. Ask mesh-delivery
what holds each waiting walk and say the held delivery, its reason and
mesh-delivery.release, or the delivery not at its turn.

mesh-delivery now says a head whose merge check started and never answered as a
stalled line in state unanswered. Through the generic delivery words it would read
as a delivery and offer a Stop that mesh-delivery refuses, since no delivery of
the head exists; it now names the checks waited on and what the operator can do.

- commandEnvironment takes the terminal as a bool instead of reading an
empty verb as one; every non-terminal line names its verb and is stripped
of MESH_CLI_TERMINAL, and a test with the mark set in the serving
environment fails when that strip is taken out.
- On the control-node the operator's account is the terminal only from a
login session, as the node-engine reads it from the kernel's cgroup; the
tool runner and the account's user units run as the operator too, and are
ordinary calls. The request carries `session` (field-name tests on both
sides).
- A pull request the forge never announced is named with its number in
the condition's headline (hq issue 347), from the stalled line's
`number`, which mesh-delivery sends.

The operator could not tell from a notification whether to act, and was told to
have an agent do it. Each condition now says "Nothing for you to do." or
"Needs you:" with one thing they can do themselves, and carries the actions the
operator channel performs when chosen (hq ADR 0253).

The operator could not read the desktop notifications: they carried plan ids,
commits, keys and verb syntax. The words the operator reads now travel with the
condition, so every channel says them (hq ADR 0253).
